Do I need a science background to volunteer?

Not at all. We provide all necessary training on-site for our field projects. We welcome anyone with a passion for ecology and a willingness to work outdoors. For specialized data roles, we do offer advanced training courses.

How much of my donation goes directly to restoration?

We maintain a strict 90/10 split. 90% of every dollar goes directly toward field operations, saplings, coral nurseries, and monitoring technology. The remaining 10% supports our lean administrative team and research efforts.

Are international volunteer trips funded?

While we provide the logistics, food, and on-ground housing, volunteers are generally responsible for their own international travel. We do offer a limited number of "Ecological Equity" scholarships each year for students from developing nations.

Can my company sponsor a specific endangered species?

Yes. Our "Keystone Guardian" program allows corporate partners to sponsor the restoration of habitats specifically critical to a chosen keystone species. You'll receive exclusive biological data and impact reports regarding that species' population health.
